Occupancy Rules: Based on occupancy of up to six adults. You must be 25 years or older to reserve. Children ages 2 and under stay for free and are not included in the cottage-listed occupancy.

Additional Charges: A resort fee of $29.95 per night is not included and will be paid directly to the resort. This fee covers internet access in cottages and public areas, parking and activities.

Pet-friendly cottages can be requested, based on availability, for an additional $50.

Security Deposit: A $600 pre-authorized security deposit will be processed on your arrival date. The security deposit is fully refundable.

Cancellation: Once the cottage is reserved, cancellation request may be made up to ninety days prior to arrival date. Within eighty nine days of arrival, the booking is nonrefundable. THIRD PARTY VOUCHERS, cancellation request may be made within seven days of purchasing the voucher; Seven days after cottage is reserved, the voucher is nonrefundable.

Modify or changing a confirmed booking must be made ninety days prior to scheduled arrival date. A $195 plus HST fee will be applied to each booking that is modified within ninety days of arrival. Please contact our agents for further clarification.

Smoking Rooms: For the comfort and enjoyment of our guests, our cottages are designated as non-smoking
