Occupancy Rules: Based on occupancy of up to six adults. You must be 25 years or older to reserve. Children ages 2 and under stay for free and are not included in the cottage-listed occupancy.
Additional Charges: A resort fee of $29.95 per night is not included and will be paid directly to the resort. This fee covers complimentary internet access in cottages and public areas, parking and activities.
Pet-friendly cottages can be requested, based on availability, for an additional $50.
Cancellation: Once a cottage is reserved, cancellation requests may be made via email to chris@thediamond.ca within seven days of purchasing the voucher; resort-imposed penalties may apply. Seven days after purchase, the voucher is nonrefundable. For this rate to be honoured, YOU MUST PRESENT VOUCHER AT CHECK-IN. Taxes and fees, if applicable, are additional. Not valid on holidays and long weekends.

Yes, all of the Diamond Cottages have the same layout, floor plan and decor.
Cottages 24, 26 , 36 & 40 are designated as pet friendly (we allow dogs, cats, birds) – these cottages are identical to the pet free cottages. There is a $50 fee per visit for a pet friendly cottage.
Each cottage has a set check in and out time – please contact the resort to see if it is possible to make an adjustment to the time
There is a resort fee of $29.95 per night – This fee covers internet, satellite tv, parking , BBQ propane, fire pit firewood and activities – Winter: cross-country trails, snow shoes (adults and children), board games – Summer: hiking trails, canoes, paddle boats, paddle board, kayaks, basketball, horse shoes & biking.
